Powai is town of central suburbs of mumbai, which is dominated by Hiranandani Builders. Powai has become a very small township which is self sufficient. It contain Housing malls, entertainment and restaurant. It houses best looking buildings, transport deals and quiet residential location which invites lot of corporate crowd. With number of Call Centres and other related IT and ITeans, Powai is gaining popularity. Powai is 6 km far from mumbai airport and 22 km mumbai main railway station. Powai town is also famous for handing IIT colony.

Vashi is the most developed residential as well as commercial node in the city of navi mumbai, suburban region of mumbai. It is a premier township in Mumbai and was one of the first "nodes" developed by CIDCO. Vashi's reputation of being systematic, but not too large or crowded like other big cities, Which has led to the continued growth of its resident. It is among the top ten most developed zones in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.The total population of Vashi is around 0.6 million.
